Digital Public LIbrary of America -- The DPLA is a discovery tool or union catalog for public domain content held by the nation's archives, libraries, museums, and other cultural heritage institutions
Elephind -- The goal of Elephind is to make it possible to search all the world's online historic newspapers from one place.
Google Books - A service from Google, which searches the full text of books and magazines that Google has scanned
Internet Archive -- A non-profit digital library offering free universal access to books, movies, music and archives web pages.

Delaware County PA Newspapers - A service of the Delaware County LIbrary, you must register with newspaperarchive.com to use the site, but registraiton to access those county papers is free.
